Experiences with Sirdupla/Seretide 250/25

Hi all.

My doctor’s just put me on Sirdupla 250/25, 2 puffs twice a day (up from 125/25) because I keep having exacerbations. I’d like to know if anyone has experienced significant side effects taking either this or the Serevent equivalent dose. I’ve had conflicting advice about whether this constitutes a high dose of inhaled steroids, and as a result I’m quite confused. It would be nice to know what I’m letting myself in for :-).

I'm on this dose of sirdupla (was previously on same dose of seretide but swapped as cost saving exercise), I've not had any side effects that I'm aware of.

About 6 months now I think. I was initially concerned when I swapped from seretide, but it didn't appear to cause any problems.
