Asthma set off by lots of things..... dogs, caught a cold, standing of cold train station..... GP changed me from seretide to sereflo ... all at the same time. Had 2 weeks on steroids and chlarythromycin..... now chest X-ray and high dose of co-amoziclav and the nausea is horrendous and also vomiting. Pharmacist said it should die down in 72hrs but I felt bad enough before taking this meds Now I feel like dying

Now I have pain again my sinus, my lungs, my body, wheezing and all stuff..I start to think of worst! Hope I’m not making you feel worse than you probably feel already..But I can’t be optimistic..

Winter is naturally a bad time for us all, but if you're repeatedly getting chest infections, especially if they aren't clearing, it would be worth asking for a sputum sample to be done (including potentially a 'before & after' antibiotics test). There is a possibility that you have additional problems, & doctors can have a tendency at times to get stuck on treating asthma once you have the label. I'm not saying you do have other problems, only that you should perhaps gently persuade someone to check that out.

Hope you feel better soon.
