Glad you had a nice Xmas. I spent it at my daughters but came home early last night as I didn't feel too good. Think I was overtired. Feel a lot better this morning. Let's hope you have a better 2018 than you had in 2017.

That was nice someone else doing the lunch etc yea me to yesterday wasn’t great I got up and was coughing and my whole body just hurt all over and was so tired but not to bad today woke in the night coughing a few times but let’s c what the day brings got keep going take care x

Hi Tracy, so glad you didn't end up in hosp for Christmas. I've got really bad sciatica and all I got from doc was a few exercises to do. The pain is awful, so I'm going to ring 111, see if I can get someone to give me anything for the pain. Happy days!

Oh no so sorry to hear u in pain I have fibromyalgia as well as everything else so know the feeling I had sciatica once and the pain is not nice hope u get something for strong for it I on tramadol , paracetamol, and I have morphine patches I wear I got oral morphine when gets to bad hope they sort I out x
