Tracey do you suffer from COPD if so your not smoking it puts more fluids on your lung's & will make COPD worse.

No I have brittle asthma and non smoker used to smoke when at school many years ago

Hi been rough day today just climbed into bed hopefully the night will b better my head feels all stuffed up as well so not sure if it's a cold coming or something else but what ever it is it's gone to my chest like normal just got to try and fight it befor it beats me and I end up in hospital hope ur day been better

Hi Helen nice to meet u yeah Asthma not nice thing to have life can be horrible some days now they say I have fibromyalgia as well and in my finger and hand joints I have ostioirthritis in my joints and they hurt going to give me splints for them hope u having a good day my breathing very heavy feeling today

Oh Tracey im sorry to hear your news about the fibromyalgia, sending heaps of hugs. .re the osteroerosis, hopefully the splints will help, please let me know how you get on. I have them for my feet which i put on in the evenings and often sleep with them on. My lungs are heavy today also, must be something in the air today, having to use the oxygen more today,..its a struggle isnt it..never mind, we must never give up, stay strong..wishing you a restful day..Helen x

Yea I will do thanks I walk with a stick because I have pain in the back and joints but I try to keep going got to no one else going to do it for me as they say keep in touch have good evening off to have a nice shower
