Hi everyone had a lovely birthday today been very busy my daughter took me out to the zoo and then went onto the beach had a lovely day bit sun Burt but apart from that lovely chest was bad this morning butbonce up and moving about wasn't to bad I'm warm out now so off to bed and rest this poor old body hope everyone ok take care

Tracye, I do understand, I fight Fibromyalgia, Slight COPED and Sciatica. The thing I find is that I am going to fight flares when I have done nothing. I do pace myself but then there are times I feel I just have to do something even if I pay for it the next day. So value your memory , fight on 😘
