Welcome to the forum, there are lots of people on the forum with very different experiences of Asthma, so you've come to the right place for advice and support. The asthma uk web site is brilliant for lots of up to date information, and downloadable forms, such a peak flow chart, and form that you can fill in with your GP or Asthma Nurse to create a written Asthma Action Plan, which everyone with asthma should have.
Also Asthma Uk have a brilliant phone line, which can answer most of your medical questions.
