Morning all hope u all well I'm struggling today a bit on neb again that's just getting dressed but my whole body hurts my muscles ache all over this weather not helping I like the sun but it don't like me have a good da and stay safe x

morning tracey, hope the nebs kick in soon xx i finally think the monte are working on me still coughing n spluttering, and sleeping like a log on them which would be fine but im an insomniac and not used to sleeping lol xx

Oh no me and sleep don't get on I c most of the nights hate it I'm always tired hope u feel better x

At the moment my chest feels a bit easier. Must be the regular nebs are helping. Breathless all the time though, just not quite as tight as yesterday. Long may it last. This very high grass pollen will reduce eventually. Hope your nebs start working soon.

Tracye, muscle aches are probably Fibromyalgia? Got any Pain Patches ( Salonpas) for the trigger points ? Might help ?

Yea I suffer with that I'm on morphine patches for pain with my back and the steroids don't help chest still bad today hoping have a better day tomorrow just hope the night goes good I don't sleep so tired so that don't help and the heat don't help I got painkillers as well
