Chest tightening and clothes feel tight....

Does anyone else have problems with chest tightening as day goes on and clothes feel tighter? This happens to me daily and I'm don't find the need to use my inhaler or nebulizer daily. I don't know what is causing r his unless it's asthma and I'm not realizing it. I don't have wheezing everyday, but it feels like I may have fluid buildup. I don't know what is causing this very uncomfortable problem.

I get the chest tightening throughout the day, but not had the clothes thing sorry. what happens with the feeling of fluid build up? does it go away?

The fluid buildup decreases overnight, but I have ankle swelling after I get up and as the day goes on and after I walk more. Slso, my stomach swells, my bra feels really tight, and it's just terribly uncomfortable. I can breathe better it seems, if I remove my bra, of course that's near bedtime. The more I go out and walk, the more swelling I have, especially in the heat. The humidity is playing havoc with my body causing weakness and general fatigue.

I find sometimes I can breathe better after taking my bra off. I sometimes wonder why they made the wretched things but there are times when I need to wear one. I have been properly fitted so it is not that they are too tight.

Mine is properly fitted too, however, it still becomes too tight as the day goes on and I seem to swell more, I suppose it's due to swelling. Never had this problem until this summer. Feels like it's cutting my breath off.

Hi, I have the same bra issue. Fits fine unless the lungs are playing up as the strap tightens around my chest and I have to add a bra expander strap. I was told it can be a sign that your lungs are overinflating with traps air....
