Mixed weather

Is anyone else finding the constant changes in the weather lately affecting their asthma? In the last week, in the South East, we have had scorching sunshine hitting over 25 degrees, then massive thunserstorms, a lot of torrential rain and now its just humid and muggy and i feel there is no air to breath.

I feel suffocated :(
