Hi,
Am wondering if anyone has tried the salt caves and they have helped them? We tried once with no luck. But wondered if we needed to do it more often to see the benefits.

I visited the salt caves in Krakov, Poland last year. It was an amazing beautiful place. It didn't help my athsma at all though, but everyone is different.
They have salt caves in Milton Keynes and I had a free visit. I found it a very relaxing place but I had a very bad headache afterwards. I only went once so I did not give it a chance to see if it works. However it is quite expensive but they do offers if you pay up front for ten sessions.
Hi tried once in MK but didn't notice any affect but I assume with most things you need to go regularly. The owner told me twice a week !!
But unfortunately too expensive for me !!
There is a new salt cave in the west midlands. It's really helped me and my partner but you need to go regularly to give it a chance. It is quite expensive but we'll worth it for feeling so much better. I believe there is an offer on throughout July . Check out thesaltcave.co.uk
I tried that thing. Did 10 sessions with one day in between. Absolutely no effect on my asthma but it did put down a nasty cold (one of the many any asthmatic has). I spoke about it with my doctor - she confirmed what my research showed - there is no actual reason for the salt to help with asthma. On the other hand, where I went to those salt rooms/caves there were a lot of children and I know from their parents that it does help them with some respiratory problems. I'm not sure about that.
