Lung nodule has shrunk.

Hi all,

Made the long (6 hour) drive to Manchester again on Thursday to the National Aspergillosis Centre. Had an X-Ray before my consultation with Prof. And we can see from the X-Ray that my nodule has shrunk after 4 months on Itraconazole and the Prof. Seems to think that with continued treatment it may very well go away. I am, as you can imagine over the moon. I feel better too so think this has been causing most of my problems. Also had the HIB injection as that was still hanging on in there so hope that will clear - though I have heard that it can take morel than one injection to shift it. Don't have to go back for 6 months and I will have an X-Ray again before my next appointment to see if there is any more change.

So just "keep taking the tablets"
