Always- I'm going through one right night now. I have been breathless for days, heading off to the docs in an hour to try and finally get it sorted. Feeling guilty about being off work too. Chin up you are not alone!

Hi Paula,

Sorry you're having a rubbish time.

Yes definitely! I'm currently getting frustrated as although my asthma was starting to settle, my other health problems flared & now my asthmas not controlled either. Been off for almost 2 months now & my recovery seems to have plateaued before getting to the level of being able to drive/work. All the changes in medication etc which I hoped would help have come&gone so not sure what's going to change things now.

But I have hope in Jesus' promises 'I know the plans I have for you...plans to prosper you& not to harm you' - sane & peaceful only by Gods grace!

Do you have anything that helps you cope?
