Hi everyone how r u all hope u all doing well me not so good been on my nebs all day 4 hourly so bit shaky high steroids making my body ache all over which isn't helping my fibro well let's hope tomorrow brings a better day have a good evening

Hi yea not to bad still bit puffy seeing the asthma nurse tomorrow at 5 for check up to c how I'm doing hope u ok have good evening hugs back to u

It can all be very exhausting cant it..i hope everything settles for you quickly, and i hope all goes well with the asthma nurse tomorrow..(i was up most of the night on oxygen & nebs..but feeling alot easier now) have a very gentle evening..Helen x
