I've been reading a lot online about how doing a juice diet can help alleviate the symptoms of asthma. The one I've been looking at today if the Jason Vale Juice Master ones. Apparently freshly juiced apple juice can help with asthma, but just wondered if anyone had tried it and what they think.
Not so much the general juice diet, but I am looking at beetroot juice which has some science behind it as something that will help oxygen uptake in hard exercise.
Whether this is going to be helpful to day-today asthma I don't know, I'm going to be asking around about this.
I tried a concentrated beet juice shot the other day and it was really nice. Didn't notice any effect though.
