Speaking bad

One of my friends started to have a slow rate of speech, inability to speak louder than a whisper and a nasal speech. I don't know what really is.

Maybe it is dysarthria, which is a motor speech disorder that commonly is caused by a neurological injury. Patients suffering from dysarthria have problems in controlling or coordinating the muscles used for speaking.Seeing a doctor is a must as soon as you experience any type of change in your ability to speak clearly.dysarthria.co.uk
