Short of breath

I live in scotland and last night and today I just feel like I'm not getting a proper breath, I've taken my prventer as normal and tried taking my reliever with no huge effect.

My peak flow is good, any advice on what to do? I have no cough or wheeze just feeling shirt of breath

Thanks

Sorry that you going through a rough patch at the moment.

If your inhaler is not working, maybe you should make an appointment to see your Asthma Nurse or GP.

I hope you start to feel better soon

The weather is not helping very much with the high pollen and the hot weather. I would make an appointment with your gp for an asthma review as your medication may need adjusting. Good luck with your appointment. Rachel

Ahh no, if it helps at all, I think there are a lot of us struggling at the min!!

I think that we will be a lot better off when things calm down weather wise!!

Take care!
