Does Olbas oil on a handkerchief relief mucus and make it more productive? Or will it inflame my airways. Im using salbutamol and my preventor at the moment as well as Prednisolone and amoxcycillin ( as prescribed my GP on Tuesday) as its bad at the moment and has been for the last 4 days.
My chest is very tight at the moment.
Hi personally I wouldn't risk it, I tried it once while having a bad attack and it made me worse, you sound like you are having a bad attack so I think you would find it even more difficult to breath if you inhale Olbas Oil. Hope u feel better soon

Cheers thanks for this. Im still on amoxcyllin and Pred as well as using preventor inhaler and the salbumatol. I did a very slow jog today with lots of walk in between and have found this helpful. Chest tightness and wheeze have subsided
