Hi everyone not too good at the moment have a pain when I breathe in across the top of my back using ventolin quite a lot. Thought it is a chest infection but I've not had a cold, I work in a school and at the moment staff are dropping like flies with one illness after another don't know if I should go to see my gp

Pain between shoulders when breathing in
Yes of course you should see your gp good luck
You don't have to have a cold to develop a chest infection. It happened to me back in 2005. I developed a cough, kept on working through it, felt continually tired, weak and feverish until my workplace sent me home. I made an appointment to see my GP (I was feeling thoroughly unwell) knowing that I didn't have a cold (no snuffles or sneezes at all, and no sore throat) and wondering whether I was going down with flu. The surgery gave me one of urgent slots. It took my GP very little time to diagnose a chest infection.
Please go to your GP asap. You don't have to have a cold to have a chest infection. Even if it not anything much it is worth getting checked out. These pains are your body telling you that things are not right. With all these virus germs etc going through schools you need to get advice,Hope your GP is good! Good luck.
Hi GPs are all excellent but it's near impossible to get an appointment 😒 I will go I promise
Keep trying to get an appt. Tell them how ill you feel. Go to the surgery and ask for an emergency appt. You have to get some help with this or it will hang about for ages and you will not feel better until you get it sorted.
