Neb Abuse

I am seeing some ""I used my friends/childs/sisters/mothers etc etc neb because I thought I needed it without them having a prescription for a neb. Cathy or Em I think you might need to squash this one and I think it is best coming from you as your knowledge and authority as a doctor carries more weight than my comments.
