Hi all,

A 10 second burst of me - I'm a 3rd year Shiatsu student about to start my thesis on asthma and Shiatsu. Shiatus is an acupressure massage using similar techniques as acupuncture, but without the needles. My wife suffers from asthma and I have taken the thesis subject because of this and my desire to try and help alleviate the problems asthma sufferers are under. I can understand how restricting it must be to have asthma and how debilitating it can be whilst having an attack. Of course my own understandings are very little as I don't suffer from asthma myself and my studies are helping to open up my understandings.

I am looking for clients to practice on and record findings etc. I'm not the first Shiatsu student to do a thesis on asthma, but it is new to me and I want to learn more. In return I may be able to help alleviate your symptoms. I treat from my home in Hemel Hempstead, but I can travel if it is near by. Any information passed between us would remain confidential and no names would be recorded in my thesis. I won't be charging any fees for the treatments.

If you feel you are able to help me then please feel free to contact me and I will send you some more information. I only have until September 2010 to complete my thesis so the sooner I can get clients the more treatments and information I can gather.
