hi penj,

I have arthritis in most joints.

I was taken off all anti inflammatory""s when started with asthma.

i take really strong painkillers called Tramadol and another tablet.

tens machines are good if you dont want tabs.

not sure about anti inflammatory creams as dont use them .

Think your doc could help with pain relief for you.

welcome pm me any time xxx

hi penj - like glynis i have arthritis everywhere and take tramadol. have used over the counter pain relief gels but werent much good, although a one prescribed was quite good but cant for the life of me remember what it was called. apart from heat/ice packs for your arthritis i would just advise you to ask your doc so that you get a painkiller that wont affect your asthma x
