i have been put on steroids and antibiotics on Friday due to another chest infection. thing is my children want to go swimming in morning. i feel okish not too out of breath, do you think i should go swimming and do you think it will be good for my chest and lungs. has anybody else been swimming while been on steroids. don't want to make myself worse. what do people think xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

(Hope this is not too late). I go swimming when on oral steroids. I would say if you fell OK go swimming but make sure you take it nice and easy! I find swimming is good for clearing the lungs!!
