July
There could be a couple of reasons. The air quality is usually pants in July, High pressure very little wind = pollution etc hanging around in the atmosphere. It could also be related to some crop that is harvested at around that time and the dust/pollen from it. This year everything is out of kilter so far regarding crops. They were making silage and haylige in April here unheard of in previous years, which meant that the grass pollens came with some of the early spring pollens. Someone I know who works in agriculture (crops advice etc as opposed to farming) said that there were 3 major pollen or allergen things hitting all together instead of one at time down here in Devon. So you might find if it stays warm you get your ""july"" hit early, but I guess that depends on what sets it off.
