Asthma playing up.Lots of salbutamol and shakes.Body feels like done ten rounds with Tyson and megga cramps and chest inflamed And pain across sholder blades !!! feel like been batterd .grrr.

I hate that - you get loads of sympathy from me. I hope you feel better soon!
That's not nice at all. When you get like that there's nothing that you can do to get comfortable and the more you try the more miserable you get! I really feel for you and hope it improves soon.
