Just wondering if anyone has tried eft and has it worked for you?

um, really sorry if this is a dumb question but what actually is eft? what do the letters stand for and what doesit involve?

Unless I'm thinking of something else, it stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. I haven't tried it myself, but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be worth a try...

Hi all,

It's a bit like acupuncture but without the needles. You tap on different parts of the body and it's supposed to help with anxiety amongst other things.
