steroid after effects

this may sound like silly question but been off pred nearly 4 weeks and last 3 weeks see to spend all day running to and from loo. this is odd for me as normally i go went get up then when come home from wrk. could this just be that am getting rid of some fluid retention from steroids cause its a real pain.

well steiroids do make you retain water. i am on 60mg at the moment and have been going to the loo at least 4x as much as usual. i hope someone can shed some light on this!

could be, but they also make you more prone to infection, and put your blood sugar up, both of which can make you run to the loo, so worth getting checked out.
