adrenal insufficiency following long-term steroids

Thanks to long-term oral steroids, my adrenal glands function at about 5% of normal output and therefore I have to take hydrocortisone. However getting the balance right between sufficient cortisol intake & trying to ""wake up"" my adrenal glands is difficult. I often experience extreme fatigue (don't we all though?) and muscle weakness.

Does anyone know of a good source of information for secondary adrenal insufficiency? I can only find the Addisons support group, which is similar but also quite different!
