Nebulised Antibiotics

Hi fellow AUKers ,

Just a quick question is anyone on nebulised antibiotics?? i used to use colomyacin when i grew pseudomonas but it worked and i have been off this for a while. Recently my consultant has been speaking about placing me on another neb antibiotic but hes still thinking which one would be best by looking at my previous sputum samples...

I think he maybe thinking of maybe tobimyacin !! does anyone else neb antibiotics?

Hi Roxy,

I have nebbed Gentamicin in the past for 2 week stints.

No experience of others though.

I have had nebbed gent firstly for MRSA and then a stubborn chest infection.
