Whilst struggling in Costa last night I came up with an idea of us all writing a poem to express are feeling's. Each person just needs to add an extra line or two about how and what asthma is to them.
I thought I would start with this :-
Asthma is like a shadow that follows you everywhere
Other can't always see it but you know its always there.
