Random Acts of Kindness

Hey everyone thought it might be nice to have a positive thread, have you ever been the reciepient of a random act of kindness or have you ever been kind. My friend says its like a ripple in a pond - if someone is kind to you then your are kind to someone else and so the ripple spreads... Life is too short to be mean.

Great idea & thanks Lois,

I'd a free shower gel pot in an order from Lush and they'd a card saying random act of kindness and pass it on. Also, I gave a box of cupcakes to my GPs as perfectly portioned already and easy to eat on the go.

i heard that a family who were having visitors that had never seen a european or british Christmas didnt have a Christmas tree or decorations. i gave my spare tree, some decorations that i bought from someone else (thereby making them happy) and asked for nothing in return. the lady and her family were overwhelmed and insisted that they must give me something, so i said that whatever they wanted to give me they should give to our Christian Homelessness shelter called Griah. x
