Clenil & Aerochamber

Can I use Clenil 50mcg inhaler in an aerochamber (its for my 8yr old daughter). Thanks.

Hiya my daughter (4) is on clenil 200 and she uses an aerochamber with it so I don't see any reason why you can't use it with a 50. Hope this helps.

Thanks Paramaribo. My GP just put Clenil on repeat for my daughter and told me to start it ""as and when I thought she needed it as I know all there is to know about asthma"", funny that as I thought no-one knows all there is to know about asthma? I've never used Clenil myself so wanted to clarify a few things with the people that 'know'. Gotta love my GP!!!!

Yes please use with aerochamber

Reduces risk of side effects from the clenil like oral candida :S

we use an aerochamber with our daughter (2.5) clenil it does make the chance of getting oral thrush less but we brush her teeth after a dose
