I have heard of it being used for rheumatoid arthritis and Crohns. I have not heard if it being suggested for PMR. The side effects worry me a bit. ‘JAK inhibitors have been found to increase the risk of major cardiovascular problems, cancer, blood clots, serious infections, and death.”
