Neck pain

i have really tight neck muscles resulting from the way i sleep in bed, i have looked at various neck pillows , does any one use and can recommend one.

I can recommend one simply called 'the pillow' it gives you the best of both worlds, a higher pillow for side sleeping and a flatter pillow for back sleeping. Best pillow I've found.

I think that’s my pillow. I bought it on Amazon and it has a velvet pillow cover. It’s great. I would recommend it too.

I use a cervical memory foam pillow. I wish I still had a label on it. I have arthritis and pinched nerve in my neck. I will continue to search for a receipt, I save them for anything I buy that works for my arthritis. I travel with mine. Search around and I will keep looking.
