Mortons Neuroma

Hi All

I'm having a guided by ultrasound steroid injection for neuroma in my foot. Really not looking forward to this but hopefully it will help.

Can I just ask what footwear I should wear to the procedure and how well will I be able to walk afterwards? I've been told I can't drive for 6 hours but i think that is more due to potential reactions to the steroids rather than the injection itself.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

TIA

Sarah

Unable to comment re having feet done but have just had my knee done and not as bad as one would imagine, painless and over quickly. Advised to rest following injection for a couple of days, this might be why you were told not to drive. I am sure you will be able to walk after or they would have warned you and provided wheelchair.
