I have had two unicompartmental knee replacements. Am I likely to set off security alerts going through scanners etc? If so, should I tell security first before I go through the arch?

Back in the day, you used to be able to get a card stating you had replacement surgery, but not sure that’s an option any more- and yes most certainly tell security staff before you go through - why wouldn’t you?
