hi,I have hip osteoarthritis in left and right hips and go the gym 2_3 times a week ,I've stopped using treadmill which puts unnecessary pressure on the joints,I use the cross trainer machine which dosent put the pressure on the joints and rowing machine which helps,I just wondered with anyone with the same condition as mine what exercises do you use to strengthen the hips?because believe me I will do anything to put off surgery (hip replacements)thank you

Hi my husband had both hips replaced and the best exercise he said is walking, He used to walk miles every day .and his first hip he got done over 15 years and he holds down a full time job doctors said at his las appointment are like new .so my husband said walk walk. Stay safe xx
