Hi. I have that diagnosis too and scoliosis so most of my spine is fused. Have two arthritic knees which hurt constantly. Honestly for my back I find walking helps. I have had two bouts in last few months with horrendous pain and did stop for a few days but once it started to ease I went straight back out. We are all different but walk ing helps my mood too. Good luck with it all x

Use a high strength CBD cream in your lower back through out the day.

Use moist heat when resting- not dry heat.

You have to do yoga for arthritis to build strength.

Take Schiff Move Free Advanced - works better for me than BioFlex.

I also wear the Walgreens brand of back heat wraps- not the stick on pads but the one that wraps around.

I have the same condition and this is my regime in addition to pain killers.

Keeping my weight down and all but eliminating sugar helps a lot. Sugar divides cells very quickly and acts as an inflammatory that intensifies pain. Hoe this provides some relief. I do them all every day and it’s been 100% better.
