Sounds like you've got a lot of pain and discomfort going on there.
A good idea would be to write everything down and take it when you go and see your doctor. When you see him/her, take your time and explain how worried you are and how it is all impacting on your life. As you say, don't be fobbed off.
Maybe suggest seeing a rheumatologist then they will most likely send you for xrays and/or MRI.
Good luck on Friday and let us know how you get on.
Thanks so much for your response. That's exactly what I was going to do write it all down that's my plan for today. I'll suggest xrays the gp suggested last year if it didn't get better but I just try to carry on in life. Now it's come back and hurts real bad. Can you tell me if it sounds like anything familiar to you?
I wouldn't like to guess what you have, but I definately think you should really push for more tests and don't stop until you get to the bottom of it. You sometimes have to be very persistent to get anything done.........shouldn't be like that but in my experience, it is

Hi, It clearly shows you are suffering from something, Could it be Fibromyalgia, Or indeed Arthritis, I do so feel for you because typically when we have our children, we are expected to run and fetch, and do everything else, But you are suffering, and I would want a definition from my GP, then if that does not cut it, a Rheumatologist. So get yourself off to see them, and try to keep your chin up. I know I sound like one of the disbelievers, but honestly, you need some clarification, Off you go to your GP, Let me know how you get on?
