Hi I have recently been diagnosed with osteo arthritis at the age of 55. Does anyone have any good advice on what foods will benefit and what foods do not. I’m new to all this so I guess I need to start researching and get all the advise I need from others that are in my situation

Thank you 😁

Thank you for your question Osteogresty. Although there is very little evidence and research about how different food items can effect Arthritis, but over the years, people have definitely turned to a healthier diet to manage the condition. Hi, here are the foods that can help the body fight inflammation and disease; Oily fish such as sardines and mackerel, dairy, dark leafy greens, broccoli, green tea, garlic, and nuts. There are also foods that you need to avoid that triggers the inflammation which could aggravate the symptoms like sugar, salty foods, refined carbohydrates, high-saturated fat dairy products, and gluten and red meat and processed foods. You can try a natural supplement like Arginine Circulation Cream can improve poor blood circulation and joint pain.

Hello

Turmeric and black pepper capsules help with pain for some people, but don't use them if you are on blood thinners.

Exercise helps a lot too if you can manage it.

Good luck!
