Restricted movement post hip operation - Bone Spurs

Hi I'm new here, post hip operation x-ray shows bone growth also called bone spurs which have grown since the operation and are local to the joint. These growths are affecting full leg movement and leg pain. Physio work is ongoing. Has anybody had similar problems or experiences?
