Pain

I've recently started to get pain in my feet - underneath. - my heel and towards the top of both feet start hurting especially if I've been stood up in for a while.anybody understand where I'm coming from?

Hi SID123. I do understand where you are coming from I cannot stand in one place very long or walk very far without pain in top of foot and in the arch under my foot but I was wondering if yours was Plantar fasciitis it would be worth you getting it checked out with doctor

Hi vondel thanks for replying. My pain isn't on top of my feet it's always underne. Il look it up - what you just mentioned. It could be that 👍🏼. I'm planning on going to see my gp yes

another possibility is gout. the doc can easily check

I have plantar fascitis and it's very very painful. I'm unfortunate to have it in both feet as well as arthritis in both feet. You are describing it to a tee. Other than painkillers, they will give you excerises, maybe, special insoles( which I have). Good luck with your feet and take care.

Make sure you get your feet checked by your doctor first to make sure it isn't something else like gout.

Already have Jimmy. Docs sent be to podiatry, who said PF and fallen arches. They made my insoles for me.

The first two pair didn't help. Third time lucky. They are quite deep for most types of shoes. Podiatry told me to wear nothing but trainers. I've not looked back since getting them.
