Hi everyone

Good news I managed to remain just under the 80 kgs which I am pleased about, week 5 in and I am going to reach my target of 76 kgs. Had a bit of a picking day yesterday spending 8 hours at a swimming gala, the heat was incredible it was like a sauna, drinking plenty of water and eating sandwiches and pizza, I had to eat the chocolate biscuit before it melted and half of a grab a bag of chillie crisps(first for 4 weeks)they were lovely. Back on the treadmill now at least my clothes are starting to fit looser, and my joints are not quite so bad, recommend marinated chicken drum sticks skin removed, roasted then chilled and in the fridge for peckish moments. keeping mindful!!
