Ive had soreness in knees for4 weeks now its worse when I sit down and in bed

I can relate to that, but for me it's in my knee and big toe. As I was getting desperate, I put on a wrist Magno pulse watch strap today to see if it helps. It may be coincidence but I have cut down on pain relief today. If wearing a time watch, best to remove it whilst earring magnetic device.
