Knee pain, I have arthritis in my right knee also. It's very painful, I was on neproxen an malixcam. I am trying to find home remedies....

Hi, thanks. Is there any particular way that you would use. For instance like boiling or putting it in food or something like that?

I have been taking Neem/Turmeric capsules for years and have very good mobility for an 83 year old. Cannot say more as it will be construed as advertising.

Got them in tablet form, through the post from H..... Span I think. Have sent some through the post for a friend to try as she also has bad knee. My large toe has been really annoyingly painful these last few days so the time has come to try them.

I get relief from massaging joints with a combination of Arnica gel and Camphor/Menthol gel.
