Oh my gosh, I feel like I am going mad. I have anxiety, nausea, pains and a horrid headache.

Just googled these symptoms and it came up with fibromyalgia. Several times when I have googled other symptoms I got the same. Answer.

Anyone else had this?

I have fibromyalgia, along with a few other things, over the years I have found that the anxiety comes from not knowing what the cause of the pain is. Relaxation techniques help a lot, I know nothing about yoga, but I understand it helps. My relaxation comes from tips that I got when I was having my first child some 40 years ago, and they work very well most of the time. You maybe able to find some tips online, its worth the search.
