Codeine phosphate run out

I've run out codeine person I normally buy them off is not available im unable to get out bed because of pain and getting worst withdrawal symptoms anyone able to help

Codeine phosphate is prescription only, unless you’re referring to the 8/500mg strength which you can buy in pharmacies. Why don’t you get your gp to prescribe them? You can contact 111, if it’s urgent, and get them dispensed to an out of hours chemist

Someone I know sold me them and my gp isn't good I just gave up with my gp tbh

My gp has done nothing but make everything worse and bad for me

The problem is though, it’s addictive, and can be dangerous withdrawing suddenly. Which is exactly why it’s only available on prescription, so that you are monitored, and a plan put in place to taper. I think you have no option but to come clean with 111, in order to do a safe taper. Stopping cold Turkey, you can expect withdrawal symptoms to last for weeks, and include flu like symptoms , as well as psychological symptoms like panic attacks and anxiety. So please don’t take that route.

I've already have come clean to them many times asked for help they just don't care they tell me its dangerous going cold turkey at the same time offer no help or solution that's why i feel like im out options and asked here I ran out before few times so I've tried 111 and I've tried speaking to gp but nothing so just given up with them but thank you for your response and advice
