APP Peer support social / cafe groups

Hi everyone,

I wanted to write just to remind everyone that as well as this forum, APP also run monthly peer support social / cafe groups, which are an informal and safe space where you can share experiences and meet others who have had psychosis in the perinatal period. Most of our groups meet a mixture of in person and on Zoom.

We have groups for London, Sussex and Hampshire, Wales, Scotland, NI, Yorkshire, North East / Newcastle, Birmingham, Black Country, Lancashire and S Cumbria, and Manchester.

We also have a group that meets every other month on Zoom which is for anyone who lives in the UK.

The next meet up for this group will be on 8th February, 7.30pm - 9pm and you can sign up on eventbrite here:

We also have a group for Muslim women who have experienced psychosis in the perinatal period. The next meet up will be on 8th February, at 12.30pm - 2pm. You can sign up on eventbrite here:
