I heard from another lady Arabella that it might be possible for me to obtain a diagnosis second opinion from the psychiatric team at Cardiff University. Does anyone know who I'd contact and what their email or telephone number is. I wish to get PPP put on my medical records even though my son is now 20 years old. I also want to see if I have ptsd along with the Bipolar diagnosis. I feel my diagnosis should be ptsd with episodes of psychosis and not Bipolar. Jo

Hi Jo, yes there is a second opinion psychiatry service at Cardiff university. You would need to be referred by your mental health team, if you are under one, or your GP.

Their website is here, you can have a look at their information to see if it's helpful?

ncmh.info/resources/cups/

I hope that's helpful
