APP Wellbeing session on Self compassion

Hello everyone,

APP are holding a session on self compassion on Zoom on Thursday 19th October, 7.30-9pm.

It's open to anyone in our community affected by postpartum psychosis, including family members. You can read more about the session, and sign up for it on eventbrite here:
