Hi All,

I know that we are all living through a strange and difficult time at the moment with Coronavirus outbreak, and the request in the UK that we should all be social distancing. We wanted you all to know that APP's national peer support will still be here for you.

As well as this forum, we also offer one to one peer support for anyone in the UK, where you are paired with an APP coordinator with lived experience, or a volunteer peer supporter. We can give this one to one peer support via private messaging on the forum, or via video call. Please do get in touch if you would like to access this support. You can email us at app@app-network.org.

Please note, sometimes our email replies go to people's spam boxes, so do please check your email spam boxes if you don't hear from us. We will usually try to reply to requests for peer support within 1-2 days.

In terms of looking after our mental health, there is some good information on Mental Health Foundation website: mentalhealth.org.uk/publica...

And on Mind's website: mind.org.uk/information-sup...

APP is here for you, take care,

Ellie X
